Representative Matters

• Provided public relations counsel to The Official Equity Committee of Globalstar LP, the largest provider of satellite communications, in its bankruptcy and subsequent buyout;
• Provided strategic communications counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors for WorldCom, Inc. during the company’s crisis related to improper accounting issues—leading to the largest bankruptcy ever in U.S. history;
• Managed public relations outreach for the leading on-demand software technology corporation to address shareholder issues and changes in management;
• Designed and executing communication strategies for one of the largest high-tech Chinese enterprises in connection with a lawsuit brought by Cisco accusing the company of intellectual property violations; and
• Provided strategic communications counsel for the Official Committee of Equity Shareholders for Adelphia Communications Corporation, one of the largest U.S. bankruptcies to date, to break new ground in resolving litigation alleging corporate governance malfeasance.
