Litigation Communications

If a company is to survive high-profile litigation with its reputation intact, it cannot ignore the impact of media attention.  Van Prooyen Greenfield LLP is experienced in building on and advancing legal arguments to help companies win in the court of public opinion.  The Firm’s programs help clients define litigation on their own terms for their key stakeholders including the media, employees, consumers, opinion leaders and government officials.

Van Prooyen Greenfield LLP partners with our client’s legal and executive team to tackle complex communications challenges posed from litigation and to ensure that public relations messages complement and enhance the legal strategy.  In every instance, it is our priority to work with all parties involved, both internal and external, to develop sound communications protocols that best serve the client and protect confidential legal information.

We believe that understanding the law and legal issues is critical in crafting litigation communications strategies.  The ability to communicate these issues to the public, the media and opinion leaders in compelling terms is equally important.  With a team of attorneys who can draw upon senior-level experience managing communications for some of the highest-profile cases of the day, our clients can be assured that we will partner with them to ensure that their message is heard appropriately.
